General Information:

Our company is approved by the Ministry of National Security and registered as such with the Registrar of Companies.
Licensed by the appropriate authorities for officers to carry firearms (as per FUEC) upon them meeting the requirements of the Commissioner of Police and being Precepted accordingly as an Estate Police under the Supplemental Police Act.
In a 1991/92 Independent public survey, Citizen Security Service (1989) Limited was highly ranked by the Corporate public in the provision of security services.
Our company has been awarded the Gold Category Century International Quality ERA Award
We retain the services of personnel from the Police Training College and Mr. David Chin-Leung, Certified and Licensed Firearms Training Instructor, for our officers’ training programmes.
We provide our personnel with extensive and regular training in Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
We operate throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

DIRECTORS EXPERIENCE

The Chairman, Mr. Richard Rezende, commenced his career in security by operating “Rezende’s Breeding and Boarding Security Kennels”. Having acquired a wealth of experience, he migrated to Toronto, Canada and was employed by Metropol Security of Toronto for a period of two (2) years in the capacity of District Manager, with responsibilities for one hundred and fifty-one (151) corporate and other clients. Upon his return to Trinidad, he opened the firm Paragon Protection Consultants Limited, and is also the Chairman of that company. Mr. Rezende’s experience in the security field spans a period of thirty-five (35) years.

The Managing Director, Mr. Bruce Rezende, has brought with him a wealth of financial management, having worked with R.B.T.T. for twenty-three (23) years. With his experience, he has enhanced the financial and administrative aspect of our operations. He is also the Director of Paragon Protection Consultants Limited.

The Director, Mr. Henry (Bobby) Quan, is a Customs Broker by profession and holds the rank of No. 1349 Estate Superintendent having served the company since its inception in 1989. Mr. Quan’s knowledge and experience within the security industry has grown throughout the past years and has tremendously contributed to the years of success of our company.

Citizen’s mission is to be perceived by our clients as a leader in the security industry. We will maintain this leadership by providing the kind of service that always meets their expectations.

Citizen guarantees to provide properly uniformed and trained guards, who will conform to our clients’ requirements, in accordance with the duties outlined by you. We also guarantee that management will respond to clients immediately upon notification of a service problem. Supervisors will also complete random site inspections, to review and evaluate the performance of Security Officers on duty. Our mature and well trained Supervisors would interact with our clients and maintain open dialogue to ensure that all needs are met and when needed suggest possible alternatives to improve the efficiency of the service. We also provide a Rapid Response Team, which provides a back up service to all emergency situations.
